We visit your home and perform an in-depth assessment of your entire roofing system. We may need to access your attic to perform a full, and thorough inspection prior to providing a full comprehensive bid.
You choose a day that works best for your schedule. If you're working with insurance, or unsure about the process, we're happy to help guide you through it.
We handle all of the little details, from ordering a dumpster to applying for permits. Once your materials are delivered, we'll arrive on your scheduled installation day. We tear off and collect your old roof materials to be responsibly disposed of (including recycling, if possible).
Once the old roofing materials are removed, we install your new roof: decking (as needed), synthetic underlayment, ice and water barrier, drip edge, rake edge, flashing, venting, starter strip, shingles, and ridge cap. We do not reuse any of your old roofing materials.
Our average roofing project is completed in just one day. Prior to leaving your home, our roofers thoroughly clean your property of any nails or roofing debris.
